Welcome to KFG's Anti-Racism & Structural Justice hub where our goal is to be single-minded about making structural justice a part of everyday work. This collection serves as the official record of KFG's anti-racism and structural justice policy documents; program initiatives; task force recommendations; and action items. To promote accountability and transparency, activity and progress will be codified, particularly our commitments to:
apply antiracist and structural justice lenses to every aspect of our company;
continously review and evolve efforts and policies;
measure our impacts qualitatively and quantitatively.
